VIVA  Policies

Unless otherwise indicated, all classes and events will be held at VIVA, 7160 Keating Avenue, Sebastopol.

Class registration may be paid in full via Visa, Mastercard, personal check or cash. A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Students will receive copies of all recipes used in class.

Class menus may be altered at the discretion of the instructor based on seasonal availability and/or quality of ingredients.

VIVA reserves the right to cancel classes due to not meeting minimum enrollment or instructor illness. We will contact students by phone and email no less than 3 days before class date. (See Cancellation and Refund Policy)

Students taking wine classes must be 21 years or older and may be asked for proof of age.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel:

Cancellations must be made no less than 7 days before the class for a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee). Registrations already paid by credit card will be refunded less a 15% processing fee.

Cancellations made 6 days or less before the class will not be refunded.

Cancellation for groups (more than 2 students), must be made no less than 14 days before the class for a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee).

If we must cancel:

If VIVA must cancel a class, students will be notified and full refunds will be provided.
